Student Legal Services is a prepaid legal services plan available to currently registered NC State
University students who have paid their student fees.

Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in North Carolina and assist students with legal issues
within the parameters of the prepaid plan, including consumer, criminal / traffic, uncontested
domestic, employment, immigration, landlord / tenant and student organizations.
We also provide Notary services to students, faculty and staff on an appointment-only basis.

Student Legal Services cannot assist with disputes involving the University, another NC State
University student, or the State of North Carolina.

Our services are confidential. Student Legal Services is bound by the Rules of Professional
Conduct prohibiting disclosure of information that has been discussed with one of our attorneys.
